The name expresses the humbleness of the South American character and the greatness of the Inca civilisation resulting in the creation of impressive, inspirational dishes. We fusion traditional Ecuadorian recipes with other cuisines aiming to elevate and showcase Ecuadorian gastronomy in London.
Our menu is inspired by Chef Jorge Pacheco's Ecuadorian heritage with adaptations developed by his culinary training in kitchens around Europe. We create a variety of ceviches using the best quality and freshest of ingredients.
